Balanced living group focuses on educating participants on the importance of emotional and mental health. We teach them the skills and give them the tools needed to maintain a healthy balance in their lives. In our groups we focus on each area of an individual’s life to assist them in maintaining a healthy balance. Areas of health focused on are emotional, spiritual, physical, occupational, financial, social, intellectual, and environmental.
During these groups participants will gain self-awareness and be able to identify negative core beliefs that have hindered them from reaching their full potential. They will learn to change those negative core beliefs into positive ones.
