Naloxone, commonly known as Narcan, is an opioid antagonist which aids in the reversal of an opioid overdose. The advocacy of harm reductionists, families, and people in recovery has led to the passage of Nevada’s Good Samaritan Law, allowing everyone the freedom to possess this life-saving medication.
