SOS RADIO NETWORK CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN KSOS/LAS VEGAS along with HOPE FOR PRISONERS organization threw 50 Christmases for children with incarcerated parents this week. Each family had its own private living room setting to celebrate Christmas.

“Some of these kids haven’t spent a Christmas with their mom or dad in four, five or six years,” said SOS PD SCOTT HERROLD. “One dad had never held his toddler because she was still in the womb when he was sentenced. I saw one guy who wouldn’t let his two year-old daughter out of his arms the entire night. Typically, when these prisoners do get visitation time, it’s 15 minutes. This week, we gave these kids three full hours with their parents.”

CAPITOL CHRISTIAN MUSIC GROUP recording artist RILEY CLEMMONS performed some songs during the day’s festivities.
